• Not to reproduce or otherwise modify these materials except for modification of the sample papers and sample orders for the express and limited purpose of use in connection with an individual client or case;
• Not to modify, alter or to otherwise prepare derivative works of the materials for use in connection with training or education purposes without the express written permission of CFR;
• That all materials used in connection with training or educational purposes shall include, in a manner and place so as to provide reasonable notice, the following statement:  "The intellectual property rights of the materials included herein are owned by CFR and are protected by various intellectual property and other laws of the United States, including but not limited to 17 U.S.C. section 101, et. seq. and are being used by name of person or organization with the express written approval of CFR. Additional reproduction or commercial use of these materials is expressly prohibited without the written approval of CFR."
