When Michelle faced the unimaginable tragedy of losing a child, children’s services saw her only as a young, poor mother of color and wrenched her family even further apart. Although she had done nothing wrong and was grieving for her daughter, she complied with every court requirement. CFR helped her through the most difficult time in her life and brought her family back together.
